One-on-One Personal Training:
One-on-One attention provides you with the most individualized and effective fitness experience for you and your body. This means more efficient workouts – and quicker results! Every rep of every set is geared towards YOU as an individual. If attention to detail is important to you, it doesn’t get better than this. Our trainers will take the time to get to know you, your body and your goals. Our style of training is includes combinations of strength training, metabolic conditioning, flexibility, you will get strong and turn your body into a fat-burning machine.
In-Home Personal Training:
If you don’t want, or don’t have to go to the gym to fight the crowd and wait for equipment, we have the solution. Our In-Home fitness programs include many of the same types of equipment that you would see in our studio or your gym, only we bring the gym to YOU! Training can be done in clients’ homes, private gyms, workplace, or outside in local parks. We make working out efficient and convenient, and we travel throughout the entire state of CT. We bring all the equipment necessary for a great workout – you just need to provide the space. Programs are always designed specifically around your fitness and/or weight loss goals. You can get the same outstanding results working out in the privacy and comfort of your home or other training area, as you can by training in our personal training studio.
Online Personal Training:
We provide all the benefits of a personal trainer while saving you time and money!
Your certified personal trainer can design an online training program specifically for YOU based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, medical history, etc.). We utilize the extensive profile you provide to develop your customized program so that you are only doing exercises that are right for YOU. We design programs for all fitness levels, for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or even no equipment at all.
